ADVERTISEMENT Oppo A6x 5G and A6x 4G make a global debut Post your Vlad 14 January 2026 Oppo Android Announcement Oppo has recently launched the A6s 5G and A6s 4G as well as the A6 5G and A6 4G globally, and they're joined by another pair: the A6x 5G and A6x 4G. The A6x 5G comes with a 6.75-inch 720x1570 LCD screen with 120Hz refresh rate and 1,125-nit peak brightness, the Dimensity 6300 SoC at the helm, a 50MP main camera, a 2MP monochrome camera, a 5MP selfie camera, and a 6,500 mAh battery. Oppo A6x 5G It will be offered in Plum Purple and Violet Purple in five RAM/storage combos: 4/128GB, 4/256GB, 6/128GB, 6/256GB, and 8/256GB. Compared to the A6s 5G, the only differences are that the A6x has a 500 mAh smaller battery and a lower-res selfie camera. The A6x 4G comes in Plum Purple and Ice Blue and is powered by the Snapdragon 685 SoC. It has a 13MP rear camera with a QVGA decorative monochrome camera next to it, and slightly different RAM/storage versions - it adds a 4/64GB variant and deletes the 8/256GB one, otherwise having the same exact options as the A6x 5G. Oppo A6x 4G Both phones measure 166.61 x 78.51 x 8.61mm, they're both IP64 rated for dust and splash resistance, and they both come with a promise that they'll be as smooth after 48 months of use as they were on day one. Both of them run ColorOS 15 based on Android 15, unfortunately in this day and age. The 5G model weighs 212g, the 4G model weighs 210g. Pricing hasn't been announced for either of them, nor a release date.
