Noctua is expanding its presence in the high-performance PC market with a series of co-developed products that address critical pain points for enthusiasts and power users. These collaborations with Thermal Grizzly, Pulsar Gaming, and Seasonic focus on thermal monitoring, cooling integration, and advanced power delivery solutions.
The first offering is a refined version of the Wire View Pro II, now featuring Noctua’s signature aluminum heatsink and 40 mm fan. This accessory monitors temperature and current across all 12 pins of a 12V-2x6 connector, providing early warnings for improper connections that could lead to overheating or cable damage. The Noctua Edition adds software control via USB-C, eliminating the need for additional power sources while maintaining precision monitoring.
For gamers, Noctua and Pulsar Gaming have introduced a carbon-fiber exoskeleton mouse with integrated cooling. The F01 Noctua Edition weighs just 73 grams, including a 40 mm NF-A4x10 fan that actively cools the palm during extended sessions. Under the hood, it features an XS-2 sensor with an 8000 Hz polling rate, delivering responsive input while maintaining thermal stability.
On the power delivery front, Noctua has partnered with Seasonic to introduce a custom-tuned ATX 3.1 PSU line. The Prime TX Noctua Edition is available in 1600 W and 1200 W configurations, both equipped with an NF-A12x25 G2 fan optimized for quieter operation under load. This integration ensures seamless compatibility with high-wattage GPUs like the RTX 5090 and RX 9070 XT.
What stands out is how these products bridge gaps in current PC hardware. The Wire View Pro II Noctua Edition, for example, directly addresses a growing issue with 12V-2x6 connectors on modern GPUs, where improper cable routing can cause thermal throttling or even fire hazards. Similarly, the F01 mouse demonstrates how passive cooling can be integrated into peripherals without sacrificing performance or weight. The PSU variant, meanwhile, offers a balanced approach to power efficiency, with custom fan tuning to reduce noise while maintaining stability under sustained loads.
For enthusiasts building high-end systems, these products provide tangible benefits: real-time thermal monitoring, active palm cooling for extended gaming sessions, and optimized power delivery that reduces the risk of instability or overheating. However, practical adoption will depend on availability timelines—mid-2027 for the Wire View Pro II Noctua Edition and Q2 2027 for the Seasonic PSU, with the F01 mouse arriving later this month.
